About the storyteller

Jemimah is a storyteller, educator, and trained counselor with nearly two decades of experience. With a strong foundation in education and counseling, she brings a keen understanding of human behavior and learning styles to every session. Her work spans corporate soft skills training and storytelling workshops for educators and adults as well. Through story, she empowers others to grow emotionally, communicate deeply, and lead with authenticity.
She has authored a children's book called Kimbe in Balpakram, published by Pratham Books, for The Forgotten Folklore Project, a Sauramandala Foundation initiative. The story is about a little Garo girl's adventure into the afterlife and gives the readers a glimpse of magical folklore of the region. She has also co-authored a textbook on Tribal Health and Well-being in Meghalaya, published by MLCU Press for the Martin Luther Christian University, Meghalaya.
She is the campus counsellor at National Institute for Fashion Technology, Shillong and also the founder of The 100 Story House.
